Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end travel desk operations including bookings, itinerary planning, and travel arrangements.
- Handle vendor coordination and ensure timely invoice processing and closure.
- Perform data mining and advanced Excel-based reporting (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Maintain and audit administrative data, records, and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners/clients to support daily admin functions.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate with certification in Travel Management and MS Office tools
- Minimum 6 years of experience in admin, travel desk, and vendor coordination roles
- Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and data analysis
- Prior experience in the travel industry or handling corporate travel operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English
- Based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon; available for full-time office work (5 days/week)
