Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day site supervision and monitor construction activities as per the approved drawings and schedule.
- Support the Project/Site Engineer in planning, execution, and monitoring of work.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely material delivery and task execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and company procedures.
- Maintain proper site documentation, daily progress reports, and assist in MIS preparation.
- Learn to interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Attend internal training sessions and site meetings as required.
- Support in identifying and resolving minor technical issues on site.
Preferred candidate profile
- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering (2024 or 2025 pass-outs preferred or pursuing)
- Strong interest in learning site execution, real estate project work, and technical detailing
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to work at project sites and in field conditions
