Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day site supervision and monitor construction activities as per the approved drawings and schedule.
Support the Project/Site Engineer in planning, execution, and monitoring of work.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely material delivery and task execution.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and company procedures.
Maintain proper site documentation, daily progress reports, and assist in MIS preparation.
Learn to interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
Attend internal training sessions and site meetings as required.
Support in identifying and resolving minor technical issues on site.

Preferred candidate profile

B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering (2024 or 2025 pass-outs preferred or pursuing)
Strong interest in learning site execution, real estate project work, and technical detailing
Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Willingness to work at project sites and in field conditions
