- Need to Handle 7 RM's
- Direct sales Channel/ Leads will be supported
- Hand holding, training and tracking the team activities
- Profit center management and branch productivity
- Managing and Motivating the team

Required Candidate profile

- 2 years in Life insurance industry handling a team
- Excellent man managerial ability with proven track record in life insurance industry
- Aggressive with proven leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge in financial services market
- Graduate
