Salesforce Developer 8+ Years Experience
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Developer with strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in building robust, scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with deep knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and a strong foundation in both development and architecture.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including:
- APEX Classes & Triggers
- Visualforce Pages
- Lightning Web Components (LWC) & Aura
- Lightning App Builder
- Salesforce Flows
- Experience Cloud / Community Cloud
- Proficient in SOQL, JavaScript, and various Salesforce platform features.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Administration and SDLC best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and developing custom enterprise applications on the Force.com platform.
- Well-versed in Salesforce governor limits, performance tuning, and platform best practices.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs, SSO, and middleware.
- Hands-on experience in data modeling, data migration, and automated data imports/exports.
- Proven ability to deploy and support solutions in production and pre-production environments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
Certifications (Required):
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce Communities / Portals.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Copado, Flosum, and GitHub.
- Experience using JIRA for project management and issue tracking.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange deployments.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Salesforce workflows, user interfaces, and business logic components.
- Analyze client requirements and develop scalable, best-practice solutions.
- Lead solution design workshops and create prototypes.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions.
- Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce APIs and system integrations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including design specs and architecture guides.
- Ensure high-quality coding standards and collaborate with QA for issue resolution.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team and deliver projects in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Developers, and Business Stakeholders.
- Assist in mentoring and guiding junior team members as needed.
