Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of performance testing strategies for new and existing applications, platforms, and systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and establish test goals.
Design comprehensive test plans and schedules to assess the system's scalability, stability, and speed.
Oversee/conduct the execution of performance tests, especially load testing and stress, scalability, endurance testing on need-basis
Setting up and configuring performance test environments and tools + guide the team.
Analyze test results and provide detailed, actionable insights into system performance, including bottlenecks, memory leaks, and other performance issues.
Manage and optimize performance testing tools, specifically Apache JMeter to ensure they are properly configured and utilized for effective testing.
Exposure to other performance tools is a plus.
