On-Site Opportunity Immediate Travel to the USA (B1 Visa Required) - Looking for candidates with a valid B1 visa who are available for immediate on-site travel to the USA.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated .Net Lead to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in .Net Core, Angular, MySQL, and Web API, along with strong leadership capabilities to guide and mentor a team of developers. This is a work-from-office position offering long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications using .Net Core and Angular.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Web API.
• Work on backend development and database design using MySQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth.
• Participate in project planning, effort estimation, and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7 -12 years of experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on experience in .Net Core, Angular, Web API, and MySQL.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
