Job Description

Good Command over English Graduate with no backlogs. Knowleged ofL1TechSupport. Good Knowledge in Trouble shootingTechnical issues. Working on Internet connection and Laptop They must know how to configure & Install network. Generate Mail IDs Technical knowledge to support staff on network failure, on and off line. Knowledge of Installing Software. Willingness to Work from Home & from Office, post Lockdown.
This is a Voice & Chat process, US clients and night shift ( 9 pm to 6 am ). Work from Client's Location (i.e Infoysys at Electronic) Salary upto 20K CTC.
