Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To have knowledge of generic, brand names and category of all the available drugs.
To maintain correct inventory of stock as per the system stock and assist in quarterly stock audit.
Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately.
To monitor Refrigerator temperature and Room temperature, on day to day basis and to document the same.
Counsel patients on correct dosage, usage, side effects and interactions.
Ensure proper storage of medicines and compliance with statutory regulation.
Maintain daily records of dispensed medications and patient interactions.

Preferred candidate profile

Must have D. Pharm or B. Pharm from a recognised institution.
Valid Karnataka State Pharmacy Council (KSPC) registration is mandatory.
