Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Handle international travel bookings, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Utilize blended processes to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of productivity.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.


Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must be Undergraduate/ Graduate with Minimum 6-month International Voice Experience. (Travel Experience Preferred)
