Business Analyst - Continuous Improvement @ Trigent

As a Business Analyst (Continuous Improvement) within the Finance Digital Transformation team, you will be responsible for driving Continuous Improvement projects and delivering Process Improvementtrainingfor Company Finance.

Your responsibilities will involve development of training content, delivery of Process Improvement training, identification of process improvement opportunities, execution of identified process improvement opportunities for productivity and quality improvement, performing process maturity assessments and developing process solutions for the customers. You will also be responsible for documentation of Company Finance's processes (worldwide and local).

Detailed Deliverables are as follows

1.Training, Coaching and Mentoring

a.Teach and mentor Finance CoE staff to understand and carry out the components of a continuous improvement program

b.Coach project resources on relevant tools and methods for discovering and implementing process improvements

c.Good training skills in conducting Yellow & Green Belt & Lean Six Sigma awareness training programs

2.Continuous Improvement Projects

a.Lead data collection, time studies, and other data analysis as part of continuous process improvement efforts

b.Oversee pipeline and ongoing process improvement projects

c.Adapting process improvement solutions to automated/ semi-automated workflows

3.Process Documentation

a.Preparation and production of new documentation for internal processes

b.Review of the existing documentation to confirm the described process is consistent with the process followed by the relevant departments of the business

c.Work closely with stakeholders to ensure complete documentation.

d.Monitor progress of documentation schedules, ensure timely updates and completion

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher with total Experience between 8 - 10 years
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification with 5+ years of Six Sigma black belt experience.
• Excellent Knowledge of Six sigma concepts of DMAIC (and all tools included therein)
• Good problem solving and presentation skills
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Statistical tools like Minitab tool
• Demonstrable strength in administrative, organisational, analytical and planning skills
• Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to write, structure and present effective process documents
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Experience in Visio or other similar software
