Role & responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on key HR metrics (attrition, time-to-hire, diversity, headcount, etc.)
2. Track and analyze HR KPls across business units and geographies.
3. Create presentations with actionable insights.
4. Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and integrity across HR systems.
5. Collaborate with HR tech/IT teams to improve data capture and system integration
6. Collaborate with internal teams to align HR strategies with business goals
Preferred candidate profile
1. Graduate in HR and have good knowledge of Excel and Analytics
2. Good communication & stakeholder management skills
3. Minimum experience of 6 Months to 3 Years
