Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
Handle inbound/outbound international/domestic calls with a focus on providing timely resolutions.
Work in rotational shifts including evenings (24x7) for voice process operations.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and improve overall performance metrics.
