Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Will be responsible for meeting the branch targets of all financial products which includes Gold Loans and other cross sell products.
• Team Handling, New customer Acquisition.
• Identify new business opportunities by cross-selling gold loan products to existing customers.
• Conduct field visits to meet with potential clients and promote gold loans services.
• Develop strong sales strategies to achieve targets set by the organization.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and performance metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in BFSI, NBFC, or financial services industry (preferably).
• Strong understanding of gold loan products and processes.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Sales And Marketing principles.
