Job Opening: Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process) Freshers Welcome!

Location: Gurgaon (Work From Office)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Rotational Offs)
Shift: Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)
Cab Facility: Provided (Pick & Drop for Both Genders)
Education: Graduation Mandatory

What Youll Do:

• Handle customer queries and concerns via calls/emails/chat for an international process
  
• Deliver exceptional service by understanding and resolving issues efficiently
  
• Update customer records and follow-up as needed
  
• Maintain a high standard of communication, empathy, and professionalism
  
• Collaborate with internal teams for escalations or issue resolutions
