HR Generalist for Consumer Business Banking group. Experience : 7+ years
Location : Kolkata/ Chandigarh/ Hyderabad
Qualification : MBA in HR Desired Candidate :
Candidates from BFSI Industry with 7+yrs experience in handling entire employee lifecycle.Responsibilities:
Managing employee engagement initiatives
Handling employee grievances and relations
Develop and implement performance management strategies to drive business outcomes
Oversee talent management processes such as recruitment, onboarding, training & development programs.
