Unit Sales Manager-Branch Banking @ ICICI Lombard

Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

1. Responsible for channel management in the area assigned
2. Cultivating and maintaining relationship with channel partner and branch staff
3. Conducting training programs for the branch staff, particularly private banking RMs to facilitate the cross selling of general insurance products (SME, Motor, Health products)
4. Conducting weekly visits to assigned ICICI bank branches
5. Implementation of sales strategy, revenue generation and achieving targets
6. Responsible for objection handling and aiding sales process carried out by channel
7. Managing Retention, with special focus on health products.

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Candidate must possess knowledge of general insurance products (sme and motor) and also health insurance products

2. Willing to travel various branches within the location

3. Good communication skill

4. Good stability

Skills Required:

- Relationship Management
- Health Insurance Sales Experience with product knowledge of 1 year
- Stakeholder Management
- GI/SAHI industry knowledge

Desired Qualification:

Full Time/ Part Time - Graduate / Postgraduate
MBA preferably marketing

Desired Experience:

Minimum 2 years' experience

Location- Mumbai, Goa, Amravati

Industry preference: General insurance, banking
