Job Description

Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

Identify and acquire new TASC customers within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing TASC clients.
Understand client needs and offer appropriate financial solutions.

Sales & Business Development:

Drive CASA sourcing through TASC clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and growth objectives for the TASC portfolio.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize business potential within the TASC segment.

Sales Team Management (if applicable):

Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support.
Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to sales processes and targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
