Job Description
As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and scaling the distribution and sales efforts across multiple investment products. This strategic role requires driving AUM growth, building a high-performing sales team, and fostering long-term channel partnerships across geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets across all product lines (MFs, PMS, AIFs, etc.).
- Lead go-to-market planning, product positioning, and sales initiatives.
- Build, mentor, and manage a national sales team across retail, HNI, and institutional segments.
- Set clear KPIs and performance benchmarks for the sales function.
- Strengthen relationships with IFAs, national distributors, private wealth managers, and institutional clients.
- Identify and onboard new distribution channels to expand market reach.
- Engage directly with key investors and partners to drive wallet share.
- Represent the AMC at industry forums, client meetings, and events.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Compliance teams to align go-to-market plans and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Provide timely business intelligence, market feedback, and MIS to management.
