Job Description

Role & responsibilities

# Build and maintain strong relationships with external doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres, and local healthcare providers.

# Visit referring doctors regularly to promote hospital services, facilities, and new consultants.

Educate external doctors about hospital specialties, super-specialty services, health packages, and upcoming camps or events.

# Ensure prompt follow-up and feedback to referring doctors after patient visits or admissions.

Coordinate with internal hospital departments (OPD/IPD) to ensure referred patients are well-managed.

# Track and maintain referral data, including source, service availed, and patient outcome.

Organize CME (Continuing Medical Education), doctors meets, and referral appreciation programs.

# Share timely MIS reports on referral volumes and referral patterns with the management.

Identify new referral opportunities and areas for business growth.

# Handle any issues or concerns raised by referring doctors in a professional and timely manner.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Referral Marketing Executive to strengthen our doctor referral network and grow patient footfall through medical practitioners, clinics, and local healthcare providers. The role involves regular field visits, relationship management, and referral tracking to ensure seamless coordination between referring doctors and the hospital.
