Job Description:-

Experience in service management & reporting skills
Experience of the following: Data Integration, Data Modelling, Visualization Tools (e.g.Tableau, Power BI), SQL server, Visual Studio, SharePoint
Experience of the following (Desirable): Solar Winds, Assets, Systrack, Nexthink, Riverbed, Tachyon
Advanced trouble shooting, problem solving and analytical skills
Good communications skills
Excellent organization and time management skills

Ability to adapt to the varied corporate cultures and organizational structures of our customers
Project management skills (PMP/ PMO certification is added advantage)
Good knowledge on ITIL concepts / Incident management activities
