Job Description
Role & responsibilities
To fulfil the Vision, Mission and Objectives of the hospital to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- To take all necessary steps to fulfil the objectives of the organisation.
- Study the patient response analysis IPD and evaluate scope of improvement for service provision.
- To assist the MD/MS in conduction of regular ward rounds of patient management areas to ensure provision of quality Patient Care, Standard of Housekeeping, quality of Dietary Services and other aspects of administrative & operational activities.
- To respond & take prompt actions to customer complaints for speedy and satisfactory resolutions.
- To answer all queries of hospital clientele in the absence of Medical Superintendent/DMS Medical
- Superintendent.
- To assist the MS/DMS for all administrative/operational jobs related to patient care, NABH standards, teaching, training, hospital promotion
