Job Description

We are hiring a Team Lead to manage the health and life insurance sales process, overseeing a team of sales advisors/executives. The candidate should have experience in managing high-performance sales teams, with a deep understanding of insurance products, sales cycles, and customer engagement practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of the health and life insurance sales team
Drive team to achieve individual and process-level sales targets and KPIs
Provide guidance, mentoring, and on-the-job training to sales executives
Monitor and improve sales conversion, lead management, and closure rates
Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews, and sales strategy discussions
Handle customer escalations, queries, and support post-sales servicing
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports and share insights with leadership

Required Skills:

Strong leadership and people management capabilities
Excellent knowledge of Life and Health insurance products, sales lifecycle, and CRM tools
Goal-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and drive improvements
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT) and reporting dashboards

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 5 years in sales; at least 3 years managing an insurance sales process team
Exposure to BPO/KPO/inside sales setup is an added advantage.
