Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Executive - AR in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the field.Roles and Responsibility

Manage and resolve accounts receivable issues efficiently.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and payment processing.

Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.

Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with external parties to resolve disputes and negotiate payments.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Experience working in a BPO or IT-enabled services industry is preferred.
