Experience :min 1-3yrs
Education : Bcom/Mcom/MBA
Location :Bangalore
Shift: Rotational
Mix of Finance graduates, Masters in Finance & Certified Accountants with strong functional knowledge and experience on Collection processes. Prior hands on experience on ERP (Preferable Oracle / SAP) with strong analytical and communocation skills.
Primary responsibilities:
a) Effective Communication - written & verbal
b) Good Analytical skills - Ability to understand and explain payment history, late fees, financial terms and credit services, Problem solving
c) Assertiveness, ability to speak in a structured manner, good listening and paraphrasing skills
d)Show a result based orientation
e) Be able to probe and negotiate, show active listening skills
f) Ability to handle complex cases, involving multiple interactions
g) Deliver as per agreed timelines
h) Adhere to SLAs
i) Identify and execute process improvement opportunities
