Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF)/ Research Assistant (RA) for the DRDO project titled Design of Sliding Mode Controller for BIPED Walking in the Department of Instrumentation and Control Engineering, National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.Nos. of Vacancy: 02Essential qualification: B.E / B. Tech /Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics/ Mechatronics/Mechanical/ with M.E/ M. Tech Control/Instrumentation/Embedded System/ Mechatronics/Mechanical/Engineering Design.Desirable: Experience in robotic (Exoskeletons) modelling and control, simulation and experimentation, embedded Hardware & Software design 32-bit MC, PCB Design, MATLAB, Embedded Electronics development for MIL applications, FPGA based system Design, Co-simulation using MATLAB/ADAMS /ANYBODY/ SOLIDWORKSSalary:JRF - Rs. 31000 (Consolidated) per month (M.Tech with GATE ) /RA - Rs. 25000 (Consolidated) per month (M.Tech Without GATE)Duration of Project: 12 MonthsEligible candidates may send the scanned copy of their duly filled applications (only in the prescribed format) along with the relevant supporting documents by email to : ez**l@ni*t.edu/ ez*******u@gm**l.com with the subject marked as Application for post of JRF/RA - DEBEL, DRDO ProjectAdditional Information:Preference will be given to the candidate who is having good academic record, research potential, relevant experience and GATE score.
