Job Description

• Provide specialist (Electricals) inputs during concept design
• Validate Bill Of Quantities for (Electricals) works as prepared by the architect
• Analyze (Electricals) tender bids and prepare rate analysis documents
• Developing (Electricals) contractors
• Pre-qualification of (Electricals) contractors
• Preparing detailed project plan for the (Electricals) activities including time, resources required and costs
• Maintain critical design documentation and ensure updates based on agreed changes, if any
• Analyze (Electricals) extra work requests and estimate cost implications
• Monitor civil (Electricals) contractor performance on an on-going basis.
• Maintain time, effort, labor and cost details for (Electricals) activities at appropriate levels of detail in the estimation database
• Maintain (Electricals) contractor labor rates for cost estimation
