Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle international customer calls (inbound/outbound).
Resolve customer queries efficiently and provide appropriate solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality support.
Provide accurate and timely responses.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Freshers can also apply.
Typing speed of 35 WPM with 90% accuracy.
Basic understanding of customer service principles.
Flexibility to work rotational night shifts from office.
Graduates, Postgraduates, and +2 qualified candidates can apply.
