Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries promptly
Provide accurate information about products/services.
Resolve customer complaints effectively.
Maintain records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.

Preferred candidate profile:

Graduate and Under Graduates can apply.
Proficient in English, Hindi, Telugu, Kanada, Tamil and Malayalam.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with rotational shifts and weekend work.
6-day work week with 1 rotational week off.
Work Location- NSL Centric Mall- Kukatpally
