Job Title: IT Recruiter W2/Prime Vendor
Location: [Onsite Noida]
Experience: 3 - 6 Years (Core W2/Tier-1 Vendor Recruitment Experience Required)
Shift: 7pm IST to 4am IST

Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-driven and experienced IT Recruiter with hands-on expertise in W2 hiring and working with Tier-1 vendors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US staffing ecosystem, excellent sourcing skills, and a proven track record of closing technical roles under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and place IT professionals on W2 for direct clients and Tier-1 vendors
- Work on end-to-end recruitment including requirement analysis, sourcing, screening, coordination, and closure
- Effectively understand and screen candidates for a wide range of technologies:
- Java/J2EE/J2SE, Core Java, Spring Boot, Multithreading
- Full-Stack: MEAN / MERN / Web / UI/UX
- DevOps, SRE, Gitlab/Platform Engineering
- Mobile Development: Android, iOS, React Native
- SDET, Python, Data Engineering/Analysis
- AI/ML, Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure)
- Coordinate with hiring managers and account managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with Tier-1 vendors and understand their submission processes
- Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media (LinkedIn), and internal databases for candidate sourcing
- Negotiate rates and prepare candidates for interviews and onboarding
- Ensure compliance with client policies and federal employment laws (E-Verify, I-9, etc.)
Required Skills & Experience:
- 25 years of core experience in US IT Recruitment
- Strong knowledge of W2 hiring and working with Tier-1 vendors
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Prior experience working with MSP/VMS environments
- Understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
