Job Description
Position Details Position Deputy Manager-PMO Business Unit/Division MTBD Reports To Administratively : Project LeaderFunctionally Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:
- Prepare, update and track Master Project Plan as per MPDS process,
- identify critical path, critical activity and resources and communicates to CFT members to ensure QCD of the project.
- Gateway preparation and tracking - Plan and track MPDS gateway as applicable to the project scale, preparing project scalability. Able to understand, articulate and track relevant gateway deliverables with the concerned CFT members and update the project status for internal & external audit purpose.
- Co-ordinate with internal/ external agencies for Composite project ratings assessment of the projects
- Support Platform Head and Project Leader on project planning, tracking, updating and risk management as well as resource availability
- Plan, conduct and facilitate project level, system level as well as various management reviews. Prepare, update and track MoM of all critical reviews
- Prepare, track and update the project scope in consultation with all the stakeholders. Assess scope change impact on time, cost, investments, resources as well on quality, facilitate mitigation plans and obtain management approvals
- Monitor & Track budget. Ensure Budget adherence & utilisation as per committment plan,
- Concerns resolution through continuous co-ordination with stakeholders
- Plan, track and update project risks. Facilitate mitigation and fall back plans for all potential risks and raise timely alarms for the risks and associated impacts to concerned stakeholder as well as management. Constantly review and update the Project Risk Plan
- Document & use Lessosn learnt on the project and share with other projects Job Requirements Experience (years) - 2-6 yrs

- Experience in automobile OEM in the similar capacity Functional Competencies / Skills critical for the job - Knowledge of Product Development Process / APQP processes
- Knowledge of Budget and Cost management
- Knowledge of PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA etc.
- Knowledge of Project Management knowledge areas and project life cycle
- Knowledge of various project management sub-processes and their interlinkages in various project phases viz., planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing of given project
- MS Projects & project management softwares
