Job Title - Marketing Director
CTC - 24 LPA & above (plus incentives)
Reports to - Chairman
Location - Bengaluru
Shift - 6 Days & 12 Hours

Role Overview:
As a Marketing Director, you will lead a dynamic team of marketing professionals, driving strategic campaigns to enhance AiR's brand presence. You will be responsible for executing high-impact marketing initiatives, optimizing digital and offline outreach, and ensuring alignment with our organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive engagement and brand
awareness. - Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to maintain a
consistent brand voice. - Analyse marketing performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Manage partnerships, sponsorship, and influencer collaborations to amplify outreach.
- Work closely with the Marketing Director to align marketing objectives with overall business goals.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in digital marketing, branding, or strategy.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing marketing teams.
- Hands-on experience with social media, content marketing, and performance analytics
- Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
