Product Manager @ Hexaware Technologies

Job Description

Position: Product Manager (1 Opening)

Location: Hybrid 3 days/week from office
Domain: Asset Management / Capital Markets

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement

• Conduct regular reviews to showcase progress and gather feedback.

Agile Development

• Collaborate with Scrum Master and development teams for sprint planning and execution.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Provide timely clarification on requirements and priorities.

Quality Assurance

• Validate deliverables against business needs and quality standards.
• Work with QA teams to define test cases and support UAT.

Performance Monitoring

• Define and track KPIs to measure feature success.
• Analyze user feedback for continuous product improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Domain Expertise

• Strong understanding of asset management workflows and compliance.

Technical Skills

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.

Analytical & Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Education & Experience

• 10+ years of total IT experience.
• 5+ years as a Product Owner or similar role.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent.
• Experience with data analytics, reporting tools, or asset performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and modern software architectures.
