Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Backend Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in building robust, scalable backend systems using .NET Core, Web API, and message queueing systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and NoSQL/SQL databases like Cosmos DB, DynamoDB, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET Core and Web API.
- Implement scalable and event-driven microservices using message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus).
- Integrate with various NoSQL and SQL databases like Cosmos DB, DynamoDB, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Develop and deploy services on Azure or AWS cloud environments.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and Agile development processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in backend development using .NET Core, C#, and Web API.
- Proficiency in message queue systems: RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Experience working with NoSQL databases such as Cosmos DB, DynamoDB, or MongoDB.
- Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous processing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with .NET 6 or .NET 8.
- Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Clean Architecture.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools like Terraform, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
- Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., App Insights, Datadog, or Prometheus).
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
