Job Description
- Ensure to keep up the materials /quantity checking/forecast need/make sure safety of the stock/wastage control.
- Receiving of material as per PO /Challan / Invoice, get its quality approval and staking of material & issue upon request (as per the rules). Also, keeps supporting vouchers for payment.
- Ensure any transit damage/discrepancies of material received to tell concern department.
- Organized and managed incoming & outgoing material activities to make sure an accuracy, completeness and quality of the material.
- Ensure the in & outward flow of material into the store and stock management with the proper identification tag, bin cards & individual place i.e. spare, non-spare & all others.
- Reconcile the data of total received measure, issues with physical stock on monthly basis and report to those concerned.
- Ensure correct, up-to-date records of inventory and completes necessary forms or paperwork for documentation.
- Preparing store vouchers & maintains store ledgers for all activities of store management.
- Tracking of all stored operating supplies/materials, and prepare regular reports.
- To manage space and decide storage methods according to the manufacturer's guideline and company safety rules.
- Plans and directs the physical inventory and stock control program.
- Reporting to HOD.
