Dear Candidate, Greetings from Teleperformance...!!!We Have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Teleperformance, a leading BPO company. We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to the roll of customer service.

Role & responsibilities -

Handle inbound customer chats/calls efficiently.
Adapt to a 24/7 work environment and be flexible with rotational shifts.

Preferred candidate profile -

Graduate and Undergraduate both can apply
Fluent English Communication
Prior experience in customer service (preferred, but not mandatory).

CTC- 20k CTC Per Month

System Requirements-

System: Core i3 windows 10 or above, 8GB RAM
Camera: Mandatory
Internet Speed: Minimum 20 Mbps
Headset: USB headset
UPS/Power backup: Mandatory
