Job Description

As a Management Trainee, you will:

Conduct in-depth research on target accounts to identify key decision-makers, organizational structure, and business needs.
Monitor industry and account-specific updates using Google Alerts to stay informed about market trends and competitor activity.
Regularly check official websites, press releases, and media coverage of target companies to capture strategic updates.
Ensure CRM tools are consistently updated with the latest account intelligence and engagement history.
Proactively learn and understand focus industries and relevant technologies to align marketing strategies accordingly.
Assist senior leadership in executing the annual marketing calendar, including Email Campaigns, SEO/SEM Marketing, Partner and Channel Marketing, Event Planning & Coordination, Content Creation & Promotion.

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of enterprise IT services, cloud, data, integration, and digital platforms.
Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and campaign management tools.
Comfortable using LinkedIn for research, outreach, and brand visibility activities.
Exposure to tools like ChatGPT, Canva, Jasper, or similar AI-based platforms used for creating content and presentations.
