Job Description

The Sec Officer possesses following Skillsets.


1 Gate Management (My-gate operations)

2.De-escalation techniques

3. Visitor, Vehicle, Contractor, Keys and Material management.

4. Fire fighter & First Aider

5. Know the necessary support to the residents (Old age, Children, ladies) and desired support from the Security team.

6. Lift, Pump room and Parking Management

7. Club, Swimming pool and playground safety measures.

6. Regular checking of safety appliances and equipment

7. Preventing the off working hours_ Construction work , fitouts, noise of equipment and contractors

8. Ensuring vigilance at the Township and flagging any abnormality immediately to the concerned authority.

9. Briefing to the site specific guards about the roles and reviewing the performance on a regular basis.

10. Checking the grooming standards during shift mount and maintaining utmost professional gesture.

11. Coordinating the issues with the GPs and ensuring to prevent any incident at the site

12. Imparting Training on SOPs and Situation based emergent situations.

13. Training to the staff for the right method of transmitting the communication over phone and RT sets.

14. Managing Major events and functions within the township as per laid down guidelines.

15. TBT to the staff on Pet, stray dog, Cat and other animals to prevent any untoward situation.

16. Have an attitude of giving gratitude to the clients and ensuring their safety and Security.

17. Ensuring strict frisking / Checks of Daily contractors, Maids, vendors.

18. Handling the vehicle inspection (RFID/ Non RFID, Visitor's Car) allocation of parking to right place.

19. Surveillance on activities through CCTV and report preparation.

20. Incident management and investigation of minor and major events with formal report to the client person.

21. Should have good command and manage a team of minimum 75 + GPs.

22. Record maintenance and Report writing. Ensuring the staff are maintaining the occurrence logbook regularly.

23. Safety and Security Audits of the site

24. Identify and create an emergency response team among security staff to handle situations.

25. Have an eye as team leader who can involve with the team to bring efficiency.

26. Conducting Surprise checks and actions on violation of the SOPs.
