Job Opening: Retention & Upselling Advisors

Undergraduate/Graduate
Minimum 6 months of experience in Retention & Upselling
International voice experience (Telecom domain only)

Shift Details:

UK Rotational Shifts
2 Rotational Offs
Comfortable with Night Shifts

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone
Resolve concerns and retain existing customers
Upsell telecom products/services
Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills
Strong customer handling and persuasion skills
Immediate joiners preferred
