Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns.
Provide accurate and timely solutions to customers' issues related to products/services offered by the company.
Meet performance targets for call handling time, resolution rates, and first-call resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-2 years of experience in BPO or similar industry.
Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
