Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns.
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions to customers' issues related to products/services offered by the company.
  • Meet performance targets for call handling time, resolution rates, and first-call resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-2 years of experience in BPO or similar industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
