1. Defining the Product Vision and Strategy:
   
   • Establish and communicate a clear product vision to the team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
     
   • Define long-term goals for the product while adapting to market trends and customer needs.
     
   • Managing the Product Backlog:
     
     • Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog, ensuring it reflects the businessstrategic goals and user needs.

     • Collaborating with Stakeholders:
