Job Description

Role: Healthcare Business Analyst (Specialist/Lead)

Work Mode: Hybrid

Exp: 6 to 12 years

Role & responsibilities:

• Understanding the business needs of healthcare providers and translating them into specific software or process requirements
• Designing or modifying systems for managing healthcare information, ensuring compliance with privacy and security regulations
• Working with medical and administrative staff to understand their workflows and identify areas for improvement
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in healthcare technology and data management
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and end users
• Create and maintain detailed reports for system improvements and upgrades
• Adhere to regulations, standards, and best practices within the healthcare sector

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven work experience as a Healthcare Business Analyst or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Proficiency in business intelligence software, database management systems, and data visualization tools
• Expertise in HL7 FHIR standards, implementation guides, and healthcare interoperability protocols.
• Able to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
