Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Support Team in the Podcast domain. The role involves assisting global customers via Voice by resolving queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This is a voice process requiring strong verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Here are the key responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries over voice calls.
• Provide accurate and timely responses while maintaining a professional tone.
• Follow all process guidelines and quality standards.
• Work closely with team leads and support teams to improve customer satisfaction.
