Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own the EI & Payments product roadmap and strategy end-to-end
- Define, prioritize, and deliver features with clear business impact
- Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Consulting teams to align goals
- Be the product face for customers lead demos, roadmap discussions, and feedback loops
- Drive usage, engagement, and client satisfaction through data-informed iterations
- Define and track product KPIs, and run experiments to optimize outcomes
- Simplify complex problems and propose scalable, user-first solutions
- Work closely with UX to create intuitive, impactful experiences
- Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking
- Influence decision-making across teams with logic, clarity, and vision
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of product management experience in Payments, SaaS, or e-commerce
- Strong academic background IIT/IIM or equivalent Tier-1 institute preferred
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Metrics-first mindset with proficiency in tools like SQL, Amplitude, GA, or Mixpanel
- High ownership, adaptability, and comfort working in fast-paced environments
Criteria
- Education - B.Tech + MBA (IIM / IIT)
- Experience in SaaS
- Experience in e-commerce / Payments
