Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for Home Loans.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue growth in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas of improvement and provide coaching/training as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners, builders, and other stakeholders to drive business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
