NodeJS Developer @ Winjit Technologies

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize a scalable and secure UPI switch for banking applications.
• Implement real-time transaction processing with high availability and low latency.
• Integrate with banking systems, NPCI, and third-party payment gateways.
• Ensure compliance with UPI security standards and banking regulations.
• Work closely with DevOps to deploy and monitor microservices-based architecture.
• Optimize database performance and manage transaction consistency .
• Conduct debugging and performance tuning .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, QA, and product managers .

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Node.js and backend development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and asynchronous programming .
• Strong knowledge of UPI architecture , NPCI standards, and banking APIs.
• Experience with Microservices, RESTful APIs, and WebSockets .
• Expertise in PostgreSQL
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) .
• Understanding of security protocols, encryption, and compliance in fintech .
• Prior experience in banking, fintech, or payment solutions is highly desirable.

Nice to Have:

• Certification in banking or financial technology .
