Design solutions that leverage standard functionalities of Dynamics 365 and identify areas requiring customization.
Integration:
Plan and oversee the integration of Dynamics 365 with other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, third-party applications).

Customize entities,workflows,forms, dashboards as required.
