Key Responsibilities: - Source and manage channels in the market to acquire business - Maintain a high-quality loan portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejections - Possess in-depth knowledge of retail assets, products, operations, and market trends - Identify market trends, develop channels for business acquisition, and deliver exceptional customer service - Recommend process and policy improvements in Retail Banking to enhance operational efficiency and customer service quality Education Qualification: - Graduation in any field Experience: - 0 to 2 years in Business Loan The Sales Manager - Business Loan plays a crucial role in driving sales, managing risks, and maintaining strong relationships to achieve the bank's objectives effectively.,
