Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Should have a good understanding of Demo & Charge Entry.
Should have hands-on experience in rejections
Understanding denials will be an added advantage. Should have experience in capturing & addressing Denials

Mandatory Skills

Good written and oral communication skills.
Minimum 1-year experience in the Payment posting process.
Understand the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) of US Healthcare providers.
Must be spontaneous and have high energy level

Desired skills

Experience in Credit Balance and Refunds is an added advantage
