Role & responsibilities
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a good background in Data Analytics & Data Engineering to lead and manage Digital Analytics or Data Activation projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within scope, with a focus on driving data-driven decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end digital analytics projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets,and manage resources effectively.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of digital data to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to Stakeholders and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital analytics and project management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in digital analytics or a related field.
- Strong understanding of data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
