Job Description
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of quality processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and ensure product quality throughout the production process.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
- Provide training and support to team members on quality standards and best practices.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and present findings to management.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning to address quality issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality engineering methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5 to 9 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and quality control methodologies.
- Experience with internal audits and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in quality engineering tools and software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
